Get involved with the UVU blog
These days, it seems those who don’t have blogs are far fewer than those who do. Even your Aunt Mabel has a blog about her cats. Lest the UVU Blog get lost in all that noise, we want to know how to be most useful to you.
Here, you won’t find play-by-play accounts of what we had for breakfast, or commentary on “The Office.” The UVU Blog exists to provide its readers — students, faculty, staff and friends, or future friends, of UVU — with valuable explanations of the latest issues at UVU. Ideally, the UVU Blog will provide a forum wherein students and employees can share some campus wisdom with one another. Be it “Where in the world can I park?” or “When are we getting a football team?” this is the place to find answers to your burning questions.
We’ve had some wonderful back-and-forth on some issues, especially parking, and would like to see you folks sitting in the back row start to raise your hands. Not everybody has the opportunity for a sit-down chat with a UVU administrator, so this is your chance to pick their brains.
Great questions will be published on the blog. What do you love about UVU? What annoys you beyond belief? What would you like to see happen? What puzzles you about UVU? Somewhere, lurking amongst all the gears that make Utah Valley University move, lies an answer to each and every question you have, and we’ll unearth it for you.
Feel free to post your questions in the comments section or email them to firstname.lastname@example.org.
