FYI – Summer 2012 Graduation Application Deadline

PLEASE advise students to apply for Summer 2012 Graduation BEFORE Friday June 1st.

Prospective graduates must complete the online Graduation Application via UVLink which includes payment of the application fee. The Graduation Application is accessible through Wolverine Track under the Degree Progress Bar. If the student has not attended UVU within the last year, they must fill out a readmissions application in order to access Wolverine Track. FYI – Spring 2012 Graduation

We expect to be able to start awarding/posting degrees on May 7, 2012.

The e-mail  attached to the forum email was sent to Spring 2012 graduation applicants indicating all coursework and exams should have been completed as of April 26, 2012. We asked applicants to review their Wolverine Track audit and make sure ALL requirements SHOW as complete by May 31, 2012. This includes (but may not be limited to): ANY Missing (‘M’) or Incomplete (‘I’) grades, surveys, grade changes, exceptions/substitutions, challenge/experiential credit, and transfer credit from other institutions. Please refer to the original email for more information.

FYI – CLSS 1180 – Speed Reading Summer 2012

Two sections of CLSS 1180 will be offered for the Summer 2012 beginning June 25th.

For students with good reading skills who want to increase reading speed and flexibility while maintaining or increasing their level of comprehension. Also teaches methods of speed studying. Great for students who are thinking about taking the DAT, LSAT, MCAT, or GRE.

FYI – CLSS 1030 Seats still open

Just a reminder, there are still seats open for two new sections of CLSS 1030: Student Leadership Development I in the fall. CLSS 1030 section 1 is a civic engagement and leadership section and section 2 is a section for those who want to find their place on campus as a leader. See the attached flier for more information.
